Fukuoka's adult-entertainment culture has its own character, a little different from Tokyo and a little different from Osaka. On Going Quiet
Lately I haven't had much time where the inside of my head goes quiet. The boundary between work and private life has thinned out, and wherever I am, something stays lodged in a corner of my mind. By the time you hit 37 that becomes the default, and you start to understand the value of "going quiet."
Over the 90 minutes at secretForest, the inside of my head went quiet.
For the first ten minutes or so, the thoughts were still coming, last week's work, tomorrow's schedule, emails I hadn't answered. But as if pulled along by the girl's pace, my thinking gradually settled into silence. Few girls can do this on purpose. It's less a technique than something close to "the power to set the mood."
"The power to set the mood" is hard to explain, but it's the ability to create a stretch of "quiet time" within a space. The girl tonight had that power. It wasn't that I actively did anything, the quiet came on naturally.

Why I Repeat
My third visit to secretForest. The reason for the repeat is simple: it doesn't miss. There may be no upside surprise, but there's no downside either. That stability is, in my view, the single most important factor over a long association.

This Time's Girl
This time I had a different girl than before. It's a shop where you can use the nomination system (requesting a specific girl), but I deliberately asked for someone else. I wanted to confirm whether the shop's "standard" rides on one girl or whether multiple girls operate at the same level.
Result: both were at the same standard. That's the condition for a "shop you can repeat."
A Fixed Point in Fukuoka
