Kawasaki's Horinouchi is a dense red-light district known to those in the know. The Hitozuma-jo chain runs in several cities, but this year-end was my first time going into the Kawasaki branch.

Generally ¥25,000–55,000 for 60 minutes. Horinouchi is second only to Tokyo's Yoshiwara in scale.
Kawasaki runs a touch cheaper with more shops, quality is high overall, and access from greater Tokyo is easy.
