Gohoubi SPA Gotanda by the Receipts: What Ten Customers Say They Actually Paid

I skipped the price list and read the first page of Gohoubi SPA Gotanda's 3,153 Cityheaven reviews. Ten customers posted what they paid, from ¥20,900 to ¥55,500 before the room. Here's how those totals line up with the menu, what the regulars order, and what the reviews say about the staff when plans fall apart.

Elon
ElonA menu tells you what a place wants to charge. A receipt tells you what people actually paid. Cityheaven reviews ask every customer to post a "total cost" line, and Gohoubi SPA Gotanda has more than three thousand reviews. So this time I didn't read the price list. I read the receipts and checked their math.

Why I went to the reviews this time

I've written about this shop twice this month. The first time, I read the usage percentages it prints next to each course. The second time, I went through who works after midnight on a Tuesday. Both times I was taking the shop's word for it.

On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, I tried it from the customer's side. Gohoubi SPA Gotanda (ごほうびSPA五反田店) is an outcall men's esthetic run by Star Group (phone 03-6277-0347, last booking 5:00 a.m.). Its Cityheaven review page showed 3,153 reviews that morning. I took the first page, ten reviews dated October 18 to 27, and lined up each posted total against the published menu.

One rule before we start: these are self-reported numbers. Customers type them in themselves, and some leave out the nomination fee or the towel. When a total doesn't add up, I say so instead of guessing.

The ten receipts

Every total here excludes the hotel room, as the reviews say ("室料別").

Woman (age as posted) Visit Course as posted Total posted
Hiyori (23) 2nd Pick-up deal, 90 min +10 ¥20,900
Nagi (21) 1st 90 min, nomination listed separately ¥25,000
Miko (25) 1st 90 min ¥31,300
Kirika (23) 3rd+ Newcomer deal, 90 min +10, full-nude option ¥31,400
Nanako (28) 1st 90 min, nomination, full-nude option ¥34,600
Shiruku (25) 1st New-customer deal, 90 min, two options ¥34,600
Shiruku (25) 2nd Newcomer deal, 120 min +10, two options ¥42,300
Yua (24) 3rd+ Web-only 150 min + nomination ¥44,000
Misa (24) 3rd+ Web-only 150 min, full-nude option ¥52,800
Tsukasa (29) 1st Web-only 150 min, full-nude option, towel ¥55,500

So the spread runs from ¥20,900 to ¥55,500. Six of the ten went with a 90-minute base, and three went to 150. Nine of the ten reviews carry the "booked online" badge, and the tenth says the person booked through the shop's homepage. Nobody on this page mentions booking by phone.

The receipts that add up to the yen

Two of them reconcile perfectly with the menu, and they're the ones worth copying.

Shiruku, first visit, ¥34,600. The new-customer deal prices 90 minutes at ¥25,300, with the joining fee and nomination included. Add the oral option (¥3,300), the full-nude option (¥5,500) and the towel (¥500), and you get exactly ¥34,600. That's a first visit with everything popular on it, and it's still under ¥35,000 before the room.

Kirika, newcomer deal, ¥31,400. This reviewer helpfully broke it down: ¥25,400 for the newcomer course with nomination, ¥500 towel, ¥5,500 full nude. That's a 100-minute session (the "+10" means ten free minutes) for about ¥31,000.

And the cheapest receipt matches its deal too. Hiyori at ¥20,900 is the pick-up deal exactly as the shop advertises it: one featured newcomer a day, 100 minutes with nomination included, Gotanda area only. A reviewer on a second visit got 100 minutes for the same ¥20,900 the shop charges for its regular 70-minute course.

The ones I can't fully explain

The 150-minute receipts run higher than the menu math. The web-only 150-minute course is ¥40,700, a nomination is ¥2,200, and full nude is ¥5,500, which comes to ¥48,400. Misa's receipt says ¥52,800, and Tsukasa's says ¥55,500 with the towel. The gap is a few thousand yen each time. A special nomination fee for higher-ranked women, which the system page lists at ¥1,100 to ¥8,800, would cover it, but neither review says so, and I'm not going to invent a line item. If you're booking a popular name for a long course, ask what her nomination tier costs before you confirm.

What the receipts say people order

  • The full-nude option shows up on five of the ten receipts. The shop's own numbers said it was more than half of all option orders, and the reviews back that up.
  • The long-course crowd is mostly regulars. Two of the three 150-minute bookings came from people on their third visit or later. First-timers mostly try 90 minutes first. One first-timer wrote that the 90 minutes "went by in a flash" and that next time they'd book 120 or more.
  • The deals get used. Four of the ten totals come from a newcomer, pick-up or new-customer deal. Those aren't fine print for show.

What the reviews say about the staff

Prices are only half a receipt. The other half is how the place treats you when things go sideways, and two reviews on this page were about exactly that.

One first-timer had to change their booking time and wrote that the staff handled it "very willingly." Another had booked a woman who called in sick that day. They picked Miko on short notice, and wrote that the person on the phone "didn't rush me" and was polite through the early-morning mix-up.

A regular described the booking flow: book online the day before, then the shop calls to confirm on the day and again an hour before the start. The woman arrived about 15 minutes after they checked into the hotel. Another review listed the session order: confirm the price, a short counseling chat, shower, then start.

What comes up most in the reviews isn't the busty branding. It's the massage. A desk worker said she worked on their stiff shoulders on request. Others praised the neck and back work, and one said their stuffy nose cleared up by the end. In a genre where the "massage" is often a formality, that's worth noting.

The review loop

Every review on the page gets the same reply from the shop: post a review, and you get a discount code for your next visit. It's ¥2,200 off a first nomination of a woman at 90 minutes or more, or ¥2,200 off a repeat nomination at 150 minutes or more, and it works every time you post. That explains the 3,153 reviews. It also means you should read glowing reviews here the way you'd read Yelp reviews from people who got a free appetizer.

Bottom line

The receipts back up the menu where they can be checked. A first visit with the popular options comes to about ¥34,600, a newcomer session to about ¥31,000, and the pick-up deal, if you catch it, to ¥20,900, all before the room. The 150-minute receipts run a few thousand yen above the basic math, so ask about the nomination tier before you book a long course with a popular name. And book online like nine out of ten of these reviewers did, then let the shop's confirmation calls do their job.
