Ikinari Binbin Densetsu (Shibuya) — The Instant-Play Shop Behind Hyakkendana, Seven Ways She Answers the Door, and the Free 10 Minutes Nobody Mentions

Sunday, Hachiko Exit, Phone in Hand

Most shops tell you to find the building. This one tells you to call from the gate.

The shop is Ikinari Binbin Densetsu (いきなりビンビン伝説), which translates roughly as "The Legend of Instant Hard-Ons." Subtle it isn't. It's a hotel-health shop in Shibuya, phone 03-3461-1007, open 9:00 a.m. to midnight, and it bills itself as an "instant-play specialist" (即プレイ専門店). The official site's map page starts with "call us from the JR Shibuya Hachiko gate and staff will guide you," and then lays out the walk anyway. I followed it on a Sunday just after noon. You'd do the same before your first booking.

Here's the route, straight from their directions: back to the Hachiko gate, cross the Scramble toward Dogenzaka, keep 109 in front of you, take the left fork (Dogenzaka) where the road splits, and turn right under the Shibuya Hyakkendana arcade. You'll see the Dotonbori Gekijo strip theater on your right and a Lawson straight ahead. Put your back to the Lawson door, walk into the side lane "about five seconds," and the office is on the 2nd floor of the SG Building, the one with the spiral staircase.

That's genuinely five minutes from the station. It's also the oldest, griminess-with-character corner of Shibuya, a block of love hotels, theaters and bars that hasn't changed with the rest of the neighborhood.

ElonThe map page says walk-ins just to look at photos are welcome and that the shop doesn't use street touts. Remember that second part. If somebody on Dogenzaka offers to take you to "Binbin," he isn't from the shop. Walk to the spiral stairs yourself, or call the number on Cityheaven and let the staff guide you in.

The Concept in One Sentence

You check into the hotel, she knocks, you open the door, and she starts right there. No chat on the edge of the bed first. The concept copy says it plainly: the moment the door opens she's undressed, kissing, and going down on you, and the shop's slogan is that "every customer will be binbin."

What sets it apart from the usual sokupure (instant-play) gimmick is that you pick how she shows up. The official system page calls these the "Choose Your Entry Style" lineup, all free:

• Fully nude (the default if you don't choose)
• Lingerie
• Rope harness
• T-back leotard (marked NEW)
• Garters, otherwise nude
• Garters and lingerie
• Swimsuit

On top of that, a blindfold and a pink rotor come free from 60 minutes, and a vibrator and electric massager are added from 80 minutes. The house "possible play" list runs to things like keeping the blindfold on the whole time, playing with clothes on, and letting her take the lead. The base service is deep kissing, full-body licking, 69, oral with an oral finish, sumata (intercourse-style friction without penetration), and a clean-up afterward. The board says "unlimited finishes" (発射無制限) within your time.

Cityheaven also runs named "event" entries: one where she shows up with a toy already in place, one where you hold a remote-control rotor from before she reaches the door, a no-panties pantyhose entry you're allowed to tear (and keep), and a from-behind blindfolded entry. Ask about these by name on the phone. The listing doesn't put a separate price on them.

The Board: Same Rate, Different Wrapping

Everything at this shop is priced at one flat speed: ¥250 a minute. The fun is in the exceptions.

Main "Ikinari Binbin" courses (Cityheaven and official board match):

Fees: nomination from the in-store or website photos ¥1,000 (free for mail-magazine members), repeat nomination ¥1,000, phone reservation free, admission fee waived as an "opening discount." The official board adds all major cards accepted and receipts available.

Now the exceptions.

1. The free 10 minutes

A small line on the official price image: unnominated ("free") bookings of 60 minutes or more get a 10-minute extension at no charge. So a free 60 is really 70 minutes for ¥15,000, about ¥214 a minute. A nominated 60 costs ¥16,000 for 60 minutes, about ¥267.

That means a nomination costs you ¥1,000 and, apparently, those 10 minutes too. If you don't care who walks through the door, booking free is the best value on the board. If you do care, ask on the phone whether the mail-magazine "free photo nomination" still counts as free for the 10-minute bonus. The page doesn't say.

2. The "review discount" is a time bonus

Cityheaven lists a second ladder called the review-discount course: 70 min ¥15,000 / 90 min ¥20,000 / 110 min ¥25,000 / 120 min ¥30,000. Line it up against the main board and it's the same money for 10 more minutes. You get the code by posting a review after a visit, and the shop says it works with any woman. It's the free-booking bonus again, this time for repeat customers who leave a write-up. The 120-minute rung doesn't change, so the bonus stops at 110.

3. The web-only course

At the top of the system page: 100 minutes for ¥23,000, online booking only, including the full entry-style menu, blindfold, rotor, vibrator and massager. That's ¥2,000 under the phone price for the same 100 minutes, about ¥230 a minute. Cityheaven booking needs a free member account.

4. The ¥500,000 outlier

And then there's this: "Open to Last, 15 Hours of Nonstop Binbin," 900 minutes for ¥500,000. It covers the full 15 hours from opening to close while the working women rotate through, and you can nominate whoever catches your eye. It works out to about ¥556 a minute, more than double the regular rate. It's the one course where buying more time costs you more per minute. I can't tell whether it's a real offer or a publicity line, and I'm not about to find out.

Who's on the Roster

The listed ages on today's schedule run from 19 to 33, with most in their early-to-mid twenties. The concept page claims over 60% have zero prior industry experience, and lists backgrounds like college students, nurses, office workers, dental assistants, married women and former AV performers. The newcomer feed is busy: by the official site, five new hires between October 19 and 24, two of them announced as full-time hires today. That's useful for a first-timer. Cityheaven shows a "newcomer" badge, and you can browse photos at the office before you pick.

Today's shifts started at 9:00 a.m., and several women were marked standing by from 12:30. Late shifts run to midnight.

Booking Windows

• Members: phone reservations from 8:40 a.m. the day before.
• New customers: from 8:40 a.m. the same day only.
• Mention "ヘブン見た" ("I saw it on Heaven") when you call.

So a first-timer can't lock in a popular woman a day ahead. Call at 8:40 on the day, or book the web-only course through Cityheaven.

How I'd Play It

1. Walk the route once from Hachiko to the spiral stairs so you aren't lost the first time.
2. Not picky? Book free, 60 minutes. You get 70 for ¥15,000 and the blindfold-and-rotor package.
3. Want longer with toys? The web-only 100 for ¥23,000 beats the phone price.
4. Decide the entry style before you call. It's the whole point of this place, and "fully nude" is what you get if you say nothing.
5. After the visit, post a review so next time is the +10 ladder.
6. Bring cash or a card. The board takes both and gives receipts.
