Inran Chijo Esute Ueno: The Name Says Ueno, Every Cheap Door Is in Uguisudani, and the Best Rate Wants a Review Before Midnight

A dispatch chijo-esute branded for Ueno that is priced, couponed and geofenced for Uguisudani — where the free-select discount is void outside one strip of north-exit love hotels, the best headline rate is paid for with a same-day review, and a 142-name roster puts 37 women on the board on any given day.

Inran Chijo Esute Ueno: The Name Says Ueno, Every Cheap Door Is in Uguisudani, and the Best Rate Wants a Review Before Midnight
Elon
ElonThe shop calls itself the Ueno branch. Cityheaven files it under Uguisudani. Its transport table charges you to be in Ueno, and its best member coupon is flat-out void there. So the sign points one direction and every yen on the page points the other, one stop down the Yamanote. That's not a scandal — it's a map, and the map is the price list. Read it before you book a room.

There's a line in the fine print of this shop's free-select coupon that does more work than the entire front page:

鶯谷駅北口ラブホテル限定Uguisudani Station north exit love hotels only.

Not "Taito-ku." Not "near the shop." One exit, of one station, and the two-block grid of hotels behind it. Everything else in this business — the courses, the 142 names, the domme-meets-massage concept — is negotiable. That address isn't.

The shop is named after a neighborhood it charges you to visit

Inran Chijo Esute Ueno-ten (淫乱痴女エステ 上野店) is a shucchō dispatch operation — hotel and home delivery, no premises you visit, no room in the price. The concept copy pitches it as 「痴女×エステの今までありそうでなかった新感覚回春エステ」, roughly domme meets rejuvenation massage, a combination nobody had thought to try — which is marketing, but it's at least specific marketing. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00, no closing day. Phone 03-5808-9618.

The name says Ueno. Now here's the transport table, which is where the shop tells you what it actually thinks its territory is:

Where you are 交通費
Love hotels around Uguisudani ¥0
Taito-ku, within 3km ¥1,000
Bunkyo, Sumida, Chiyoda, Chuo, Arakawa ¥2,000
Beyond 5km ¥3,000

Ueno is in Taito-ku. Ueno is inside 3km. So booking this shop into a hotel in the neighborhood printed on its own storefront costs you ¥1,000 more than booking it into Uguisudani.

A thousand yen is a rounding error. Hold that thought, because it doesn't stay one.

What the geofence actually costs

Three coupons run on this shop, all of them open-ended — start dates in February 2025, June 2025 and January 2026, expiry listed as none on all three. These aren't campaigns. This is the price sheet.

Coupon Who it's for The catch
ご新規様割 — ¥4,000 off all courses First-time customers Once. Then it's gone forever.
フリー割 — 16–21% off, ¥4,000–¥6,000 Members, free select only 90-minute courses and up. Uguisudani north-exit love hotels only. No nominations.
新人割 — 100 min ¥20,000 New and existing customers Newcomers only, no stacking, and you post a review the same day.

The first one is the one every shop has. The third one I'll get to, because it's the strangest thing on the page. The second one is the one that decides where you sleep.

Run the same booking — standard course, 90 minutes, member, free select — from four different beds:

Where Board フリー割 Transport Shop total
Uguisudani, north exit ¥25,000 −¥4,000 ¥0 ¥21,000
Ueno (Taito, ≤3km) ¥25,000 void ¥1,000 ¥26,000
Bunkyo / Sumida / Chiyoda / Chuo / Arakawa ¥25,000 void ¥2,000 ¥27,000
Anywhere past 5km ¥25,000 void ¥3,000 ¥28,000

¥5,000 to be in Ueno instead of Uguisudani. Not a thousand — five. The transport line is the small half of it; the coupon evaporating is the big half. And at the top of the ladder, where the free-select discount is quoted as high as ¥6,000, the gap between the right hotel and the wrong one runs to ¥7,000 on a single booking.

Add the room on top of all four rows, by the way. Dispatch means the hotel bill is yours and it is nowhere on this page. Uguisudani's north-exit strip happens to be one of the cheapest hotel districts in the city, which is not a coincidence — it's the same fact the coupon is built on, seen from the other side.

The board, in full

Three product lines, each with a regular price and a discounted one:

スタンダード痴女エステ Board Discounted
50 min ¥17,000 ¥14,000
70 min ¥21,000 ¥17,000
90 min ¥25,000 ¥21,000
120 min ¥32,000 ¥28,000
150 min ¥38,000 ¥34,000
180 min ¥50,000 ¥44,000
プレミアム淫乱痴女エステ Board Discounted
50 min ¥19,000 ¥17,000
70 min ¥24,000 ¥20,000
90 min ¥30,000 ¥26,000
120 min ¥37,000 ¥33,000
150 min ¥47,000 ¥43,000
180 min ¥57,000 ¥53,000
究極のアナル前立腺コース Board Discounted
100 min ¥30,000 ¥26,000
130 min ¥35,000 ¥31,000
160 min ¥41,000 ¥37,000
180 min ¥50,000 ¥46,000

Plus ¥1,000 nomination, ¥2,000 if you're naming someone you've had before, and 3P packages running from 70 to 180 minutes across a ¥38,000–¥110,000 spread.

"¥4,000 off all courses" is off by ¥4,000 on three courses

Subtract the two columns and the new-customer coupon falls right out of the table. Thirteen of the sixteen rows are exactly ¥4,000 apart. Three aren't:

Row Actual gap vs. "全コース4000円割引"
Standard 50 min ¥3,000 −¥1,000
Premium 50 min ¥2,000 −¥2,000
Standard 180 min ¥6,000 +¥2,000
All thirteen others ¥4,000 as advertised

So the flat ¥4,000 isn't flat at the bottom of the ladder — the two 50-minute rungs get short-changed by a grand and two grand respectively — and it's unexpectedly generous on the one row nobody buys. Both 50-minute courses are the worst per-minute buy on the board before you account for that, and the coupon quietly widens the gap.

While we're here, the shape of the standard ladder at the discounted rate:

Course Price Per minute Marginal cost of the step up
50 min ¥14,000 ¥280
70 min ¥17,000 ¥243 ¥150/min
90 min ¥21,000 ¥233 ¥200/min
120 min ¥28,000 ¥233 ¥233/min
150 min ¥34,000 ¥227 ¥200/min
180 min ¥44,000 ¥244 ¥333/min

150 minutes is the floor. And the last half-hour on the board — 150 to 180 — costs ¥333 a minute, 47% more than the block it's extending, and drags the whole 180 rung back above the 120. If you were going to buy the longest thing on the menu because longer is usually cheaper per minute: here, it isn't. Buy the 150 and go home.

Elon
ElonTwo rules for this place and you can skip everything above. One: book into Uguisudani, north exit, or accept that you're paying a location premium of up to seven thousand yen for the privilege of being in the neighborhood on the sign. Two: stop at 150 minutes. The 180 is the only rung on this ladder that costs more per minute than the rung below it, and it's not close.

The discount that isn't paid in money

Now the 新人割, which is the most interesting line item on this page and the one I'd want somebody to explain to me at the counter.

100 minutes, ¥20,000. Billed at 29% off. Newcomers only. Doesn't stack with anything. And then the condition that makes it unusual: you post a review the same day.

That's not a discount. That's a barter. The shop is buying content, and it's paying somewhere between eight and nine thousand yen a piece for it — a real price, openly quoted, for a real service you render.

Two things to say about that.

First, it's honest, in the specific sense that the arrangement is printed rather than hinted. Plenty of shops in this district get their review boards fed by nudges nobody writes down. This one puts the exchange rate on the coupon page. If you're reading review boards to decide where to spend money — and on a 142-woman roster, what else are you going to read? — you now know that some fraction of what you're reading was commissioned. That's genuinely more useful than not knowing.

Second, look at where it's aimed. The coupon applies only to women in their first stretch at the shop, and there are exactly 7 of them on a roster of 142. Those seven are precisely the names with no track record, no review count, nothing for a customer to go on. The shop has built a mechanism that converts its cheapest bookings directly into social proof for its newest workers, at roughly ¥8,000 a review, and it runs continuously — the coupon has been live since 2 January 2026 with no end date.

It works, too. The shop's review board stands at 1,636 posts, and when I pulled it, the first page ran from 17 August back to 16 August — one page, two days. Whatever else this operation is, it is a machine for generating written testimony about itself.

There's also a wrinkle I could not reconcile from the page, and I'd rather flag it than guess: the coupon quotes 100 minutes at ¥20,000 and calls it 29% off, but there is no 100-minute rung on the standard board at all. The only published 100-minute course is the prostate course at ¥30,000, and ¥20,000 off that is 33%, not 29%. A ¥28,000 base makes 29% come out almost exactly — that's the 120-minute standard price. Which one it's actually discounting is not something the page will tell you. Ask on the phone before you assume the number applies to the course you had in mind.

142 names, 37 of them working

The roster is the other reason people come to a shop like this, and it's big:

Count Share of 142
Total listed 142
Keeps a photo diary 113 80%
Has video 82 58%
Has customer reviews 84 59%
Newcomer (新人) 7 5%
On today's board or waiting now 37 26%

Ages run 18 to 34 — a genuinely wide band, wider than most houses in this genre bother with, and the profile cards back it up: the sample I pulled ran from 21 to 31 with cup sizes advertised from E to I, which tells you the casting brief is "range" rather than a type.

Two numbers deserve a second look.

82 women with video, on a dispatch esthetic. That's 58% of the roster, and it's high — video is expensive to shoot and most shops this size manage it for a handful of headliners. Combined with 80% keeping photo diaries, this is a shop that has decided its customers buy with their eyes before they buy with their wallet, and has invested accordingly.

37 available on a given day. That's the number that matters, and it's a quarter of the headline. A 142-name roster sounds like limitless choice; the practical menu on any afternoon is thirty-odd women, and the フリー割 — remember, free select only — means the cheapest way in is to let the shop pick from that thirty. Which is fine. It's just not 142.

And 58 women, 41% of the board, carry no reviews at all, in a house that pays cash for reviews. The subsidy is aimed narrowly at the seven newcomers; the long tail stays a long tail.

The practical stuff

Book into Uguisudani north exit if you want the member rate to survive contact with the fine print. The ¥0 transport band and the フリー割 geofence are the same territory, and the hotel district there is cheap on its own merits.

Free select is the cheap door, but only from the second visit. First-timers take the ¥4,000 coupon; members take the フリー割, which requires 90 minutes minimum and forbids naming anyone. Naming costs ¥1,000, or ¥2,000 for someone you've booked before.

The room is not in any price on this page. Neither is transport, unless you're in the ¥0 band. Build your budget as course + nomination + transport + hotel, and the number you tell yourself is the number you'll actually pay.

Language and access: the listing is Japanese-only, there's no English page, and the shop states no policy either way about non-Japanese customers. That's an open question, not a yes and not a no, and the answer is a phone call rather than a gamble at a hotel-room door. Uguisudani and Ueno are both on the Yamanote, one stop apart; the shop's own site is inranchijoesuteueno.com, and it runs sister branches in Ikebukuro and Shinjuku if the geofence puts you in the wrong part of town entirely.

Three and a half stars, rounded down, and the rounding is the geofence's fault.

What this shop does well it does at a scale most of Uguisudani can't touch. A 142-woman roster where four in five keep a diary and nearly six in ten have video is an enormous amount of information handed to you before you spend a yen, and a fee table that publishes its transport bands to the ward is more candour than the genre usually manages. At ¥21,000 for 90 minutes with the member rate applied, in a hotel district where the room costs less than dinner, the total number is competitive with anything in the neighbourhood.

The stars I'm holding back are for a page that requires arithmetic to read honestly. The headline discount isn't the same size on every course it claims to cover. The best member rate is invisibly pinned to one exit of one station, which is not where the shop's own name says it operates. And the cheapest rate on the board isn't bought with money at all — it's bought with a review filed before midnight, for one of seven women who don't have one yet.

None of that is hidden. All of it is in type smaller than the banner. Book the 150, book it into Uguisudani, and the shop is straightforwardly good value. Book it the way the sign implies, and you'll pay seven thousand yen for the misunderstanding.
