Why this one caught my eye
Yoshiwara has two kinds of soapland. There's the luxury kind, where ¥60,000 buys you a doorman and a speech about tradition. And there's the kind that wants you in and out before your lunch break ends.
ロケットワイフ (Rocket Wife) is proudly the second kind. Its Cityheaven top page calls it a "casual soap" and says, more or less, we know soaplands feel intimidating, relax. The headline price is 50 minutes from ¥15,000. The genre is hitozuma (married women) and older-sister types, and the banner says it's a sponsor shop of the More Group, which it calls one of the biggest in the Kanto region.
On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, I read its Cityheaven pages (top, coupons, events, reviews and the image "freespace" pages), plus its fuzoku.jp listing. The official site, rocket-wife.jp, is just an age gate that links back to Cityheaven and the job site. I didn't book. Everything below comes from those pages, and where they disagree I'll say so.
The address, and the walk
- Address: 4-23-8 Senzoku, Taito-ku (the Yoshiwara soap district)
- Phone: 03-5808-6015
- Walk: about 14 minutes from Iriya or Minowa, 17 from Minami-Senju, 21 from Asakusa
- Parking: 3 spaces
Fourteen minutes is standard for Yoshiwara. Nobody walks to a soap from the station because it's close.
Reviewers also mention an annex (別館). One regular wrote that after check-in he was taken by car to the other building and called in a few minutes. Another, a morning regular, said the move to the annex was smooth and he met his partner early. The shop's own job ad on fuzoku.jp says the annex opened to add rooms. So don't panic if the front desk puts you in a van. That's the system.
Hours: earlier than your coffee shop
Cityheaven lists 10:00 to 24:00 on weekdays and 7:00 to 24:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, with no regular holiday. A 7 a.m. soapland on a Sunday is a very Tokyo sentence.
fuzoku.jp disagrees on one point: it says 10:00 to 0:00 and lists Monday as the regular holiday. Cityheaven showed women on the schedule this week and says no holidays, so I'd trust Cityheaven, but call before you plan a Monday.
The price ladder
Cityheaven's system page came back empty for me, so the full table is from fuzoku.jp:
| Course | Weekday 10:00–17:00 | Weekday 17:00–24:00 | Sat/Sun/holidays |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 min | ¥14,000 | ¥15,000 | ¥15,000 |
| 60 min | ¥17,000 | ¥18,000 | ¥18,000 |
| 80 min | ¥22,000 | ¥23,000 | ¥23,000 |
| 100 min | ¥28,000 | ¥28,000 | ¥28,000 |
| 120 min | ¥34,000 | ¥34,000 | ¥34,000 |
On top of that: joining fee ¥3,000, and ¥1,000 for any nomination (photo, booked or repeat). The page warns that some women charge more. No change, no cancellation. Cash only. No receipts.
The weekday daytime discount only matters on the short courses. At 100 minutes and up, the clock doesn't care.
The ¥1,000 that keeps moving
Cityheaven's own numbers run about ¥1,000 higher than that table in places:
- The coupon calculator puts the regular 100-minute course at ¥29,000 (fuzoku.jp: ¥28,000).
- The "barge-in double" event lists totals that back out to ¥16,000 for 50 minutes, ¥19,000 for 60, ¥24,000 for 80, ¥29,000 for 100 and ¥35,000 for 120.
- But the barge-in promo image uses 80 minutes = ¥23,000 in its worked example, the fuzoku.jp number.
My read: prices went up ¥1,000 at some point and not every page caught up. I can't prove it. Assume the higher number and be pleasantly surprised.
First visit: the coupon to use
The "first-time" coupon on Cityheaven is the Super Deal course, web booking only:
- Regular: ¥29,000 + ¥3,000 joining + ¥1,000 = ¥33,000 for 100 minutes
- With the coupon: ¥26,000 + ¥0 joining + ¥1,000 = ¥27,000
There's a second visit built in: book online again within the same month and it's 100 minutes for ¥24,000 (the page says up to ¥5,000 off). Nomination is extra on both, and it covers new and repeat customers. Booking runs through Cityheaven's chat, which the shop pushes hard ("web booking finishes entirely in chat").
So the honest first-timer number is ¥27,000 for 100 minutes, nomination included. That's ¥270 a minute in a district where a lot of shops charge double.
The barge-in double (乱入二輪車)
This is the shop's signature gimmick. You book a normal course with your main woman, and a second woman walks in partway through. You choose how long she stays:
- 30 min: +¥7,000
- 60 min: +¥14,000
- 90 min: +¥21,000
The image explains the timing: an 80-minute course might be 50 minutes one-on-one and 30 as a pair, or 30 + 30 + 20 with her in the middle. You can discuss when she comes in. The barge-in woman is basically random, and you say "ranyu nirinsha" when you book. The cheapest version is 50 minutes with a 30-minute barge-in for ¥23,000.
The classic full double is also on sale: 60 minutes ¥30,000 (down from ¥40,000), 80 for ¥40,000, 100 for ¥50,000, 120 for ¥60,000. Only women marked 二輪車対応 (double OK) on their profiles can do it, and some charge a special nomination fee. Say "nirinsha campaign" on the phone.
If you're curious about a double and don't want to pay ¥30,000 to find out, the barge-in is the cheaper test.
Two point cards, and the fine print
RocketPo (the shop's own card) gives back 3% of what you spend in points, usable in 1,000-point blocks. Their example: three 60-minute visits at ¥18,000 earn 540 points each, and the third visit drops to ¥17,000. Translation: ¥1,000 off roughly every other visit if you go short.
The real money is in reviews. Post a Cityheaven review, show the coupon code, and you get 2,000 RocketPo on the spot, with no limit on how many times. That's worth more than three visits' worth of spending points.
The Heaven visit point card is separate: 1 point per visit. 5 points = ¥2,000 off, 10 points = ¥5,000 off (100 minutes or longer only). It only works at exactly 5 or 10, and it can't be combined with RocketPo or any other discount. So pick your card on the day you cash in.
The "real age" claim
The concept page says the shop abolished the so-called "Yoshiwara age" and targets married women in their 30s and 40s who are new or nearly new to the business: housewives, office workers, single mothers. On today's schedule, nearly everyone is 30 to 38. The page's own sales line: "amateur wives are by far the most erotic." Subtle, it is not.
One morning regular wrote that his partner looked "quite different from her photos," and recommended her for skill, not looks. That's a fair warning for any photo-heavy shop: the ages may be honest, but the photos are still edited.
Things I couldn't confirm
- Foreign customers: I found no rule either way on Cityheaven or fuzoku.jp. Plenty of Yoshiwara soaps turn away non-Japanese speakers, so call first or use the chat.
- The unlabeled ¥1,000 line in the coupon calculator is almost certainly the nomination fee, matching the "nomination charged separately" note, but the page doesn't label it.
My game plan
- Book through Cityheaven chat and pick the Super Deal 100-minute course at ¥27,000 all-in for a first visit.
- Bring cash. No cards, no receipts.
- If you like it, book again the same month for ¥24,000.
- Write the review. 2,000 points off your next visit beats any loyalty card.
- Curious about a double? Add a 30-minute barge-in for ¥7,000 before you jump to a ¥30,000 full double.
Rocket Wife's policy page says it doesn't believe "expensive" means "high-class." Fine. At ¥27,000 for 100 minutes, it doesn't have to.
