Tokyo's Metropolitan Police carried out their first coordinated inspection of Kabukicho men's concept cafes on July 22-23, finding public-morals law violations at 12 of 20 venues and simultaneously checking guest registries at 38 area hotels.

Tokyo's Metropolitan Police re-arrested a 24-year-old known online as 'Inocchi' on July 24, alleging he resold hundreds of prescription psychotropic pills to a 16-year-old girl in Kabukicho and told her to sell sex when she ran out of money.

A first-timer's field report on Yumecoco, a Kinshicho outcall aroma esthetic (deri-este), read through its economics: a ¥18,000 list price that resolves to ¥10,000 once the discounts stack, a service radius fenced to a single station's hotel rooms, 24-hour no-holiday hours, and a 60-shop, 5,500-therapist network standing behind the door.

Pink Label is an Otsuka delivery-health shop that sells itself on 'flawless super beauties' and a promise of no photo fraud or substitutions, backed by an enormous roster. I booked 90 minutes to test whether a big-catalog shop can keep the number honest.

Ikebukuro Heisei Jogakuen is a store-based, school-themed fashion-health shop by the East Exit — average age 22, doors open 9:00 AM, courses from ¥8,000 for 30 minutes with no entrance fee and no room charge. Here's why the words that matter aren't 'school' or 'young' but 'no hotel fee,' and who the 9 AM door is really built for.
Field Diary
A late-night field report on THE MUSE, an Azabu-Juban-bred premium delivery health, watched from a different angle: not the ¥50,000 price but the machine that delivers it — the last-mile logistics, the drilled hospitality, the sub-5% intake, and the Kawasaki-Chiba branch network behind a shop that runs a room to your door until 4 AM.

Purupuru Shinjuku (Haken-gata Refre Purupuru Shinjuku) is a dispatch-type refre / aroma esthetic working out of Shinjuku-Kabukicho, open 11:00 to 24:00 year-round, with an entry price that starts around ¥4,500 for a short aroma course and climbs to ¥12,500-plus on the longer menus. It leads with a young-amateur concept, a 70-plus cosplay extras list, and a '¥0 event' for first-timers who post a review. Here's what that ¥4,500 door really opens, why the cosplay menu and the review deal are the two things you have to read carefully, and how to price a cheap outcall refre before you dial 090-9258-3920.
Field Diary
A field read on Actress Ikebukuro, a Yumeoto-group aroma-esthetic house near the north exit that sells older women and married-woman play as a category — decoded through the thing most reviewers skip: the clothed-to-nude course ladder, the mature-women segmentation, and the 1,500-cast membership network doing the quiet math behind the room.
Field Diary
Miracle Honey is a pocchari (plus-size) deriheru working Uguisudani in Taito Ward, and its hours are the whole story: 10:30 to 21:00, Sunday until 19:00 — it shuts while the rest of the district is only warming up. Standard courses run ¥15,000/60min to ¥30,000/120, but the Uguisudani-exclusive Heavennet discount drops that to ¥10,000/60 to ¥25,000/120, with outcall ¥28,000–¥33,000 and a ¥2,000 cancel fee. The early curfew isn't a limitation — it's the filter that tells you exactly what kind of visit this is.

Design Ring Tokyo Honten is a Nippori amateur-style married-woman delivery-health shop selling 'healing, gentleness, and bashfulness' rather than polish. Courses run ¥18,000 for 70 minutes up to ¥42,000 for 180, with a ¥9,000 half-hour extension plus a ¥2,000 entry fee and a ¥2,000 designation fee stacked on top, open 11:00 to 24:00 with no days off. Here's what 'hajirai' is really worth, and where the real price of this shop is hiding.
Field reports and reviews from across Tokyo's adult-entertainment scene — Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, Gotanda, Yoshiwara and beyond. Delivery health, soaplands and men's esthetic, walked and tested by Elon.
Delivery health typically runs ¥15,000–28,000 for 60 minutes, soaplands ¥30,000–80,000, and men's esthetic ¥13,000–25,000. It swings hard by area and shop.
Pick a shop whose phone desk is sharp and specific. Fair pricing and a desk that actually knows who's working that day rarely steers you wrong.
Beginners do well in Ikebukuro and Shinjuku for sheer choice. For soaplands, Yoshiwara and Kawasaki; for men's esthetic, Gotanda and Shibuya.
