Why an SM shop, and why this one
I'd never booked an SM shop. I've walked past plenty of Kabukicho signs promising "M men welcome" or "S women on call." Every time, I filed it under someday. Someday turned into a Friday in October, sitting in a Seibu-Shinjuku coffee shop with the SM Tokyo Shinjuku (SM東京 新宿店) price page open on my phone.
Here's the setup. It's a delivery shop in the SM genre. Women come to your hotel. Rooms around Kabukicho cost nothing extra to send someone to, and the shop also runs a course built around a dedicated SM hotel with real equipment, more on that below. The listing header gives hours of 9:00 to 5:00 the next morning. The shop's own banner says 10:00 to 5:00, with delivery from 18:00. Either way, it runs later than most of the neighborhood. The phone is 03-6265-9491, and the line the shop wants to hear is "Heaven mita" (I saw you on Heaven).
One orientation note, since the name trips people up: the menu here is written from the customer's side. You're the S. She's the one being tied up, and the course names follow that logic.
Door number one: the new-customer pack
The first thing on the page, in the biggest type, is the 新規コミコミパック, the all-in deal for new customers. It's for anyone using the shop or the group for the first time:
| Course | All-in new-customer price |
|---|---|
| 70 min | ¥22,000 |
| 100 min | ¥28,000 |
| 120 min | ¥38,000 |
| 30-min extension | ¥15,000 |
"All-in" means course fee, joining fee and nomination fee are all included. You pick one of the two flagship courses. VIP S is the full base menu: rope, a soft whip, toys, the classic SM vocabulary. Kosoku Denma S (restraint plus a massager) is cuffs, a blindfold and a gag, built around the massager. Transport outside the free zone is extra.
The coupon page sweetens it: panty take-home or stocking-ripping (normally ¥2,000) free, one costume free, and a voucher worth up to ¥10,000 off your next visit.
Now the math. List price for VIP S is ¥27,000 / ¥38,000 / ¥48,000 for 70 / 100 / 120 minutes. Add the joining fee (¥5,000; one coupon block says ¥3,000 for the 70-minute version) and the ¥2,000 web nomination fee. The 100-minute pack saves you about ¥17,000 on day one, before you count the freebies. The 70-minute pack saves a bit less in yen but is the cheapest way in.
My pick was 100 minutes for ¥28,000. That's ¥6,000 more than the 70-minute pack for 30 more minutes, when a 30-minute extension alone costs ¥15,000. The 120-minute pack jumps ¥10,000 for 20 more minutes. Easy call.
Door number two: the weekday trial
Then there's a Heaven-exclusive event I nearly scrolled past: a 60-minute trial course for ¥18,000, Monday through Thursday only. Joining fee, course fee and costume are all included. Same choice of VIP S or Kosoku Denma S, plus transport. The shop's own copy calls it "loss-leader pricing" for people who've been curious about SM "and want to finally try it this year."
It was Friday. Of course it was Friday. If you can make it on a Monday-to-Thursday, that's the lowest number on the whole page. It's ¥4,000 under the 70-minute pack for ten fewer minutes.
The gemstone ladder
This is where the page gets long, and where I'd tell any first-timer to slow down. Below the base courses sit the premium courses, each named after a stone:
- Pearl, Topaz, Ruby, Sapphire, Jade: all priced the same. 100 min ¥48,000, 120 min ¥58,000, up to 360 min ¥136,000. Each one is VIP S (or Kosoku Denma S) plus "¥20,000 worth of options" bundled in. The stone tells you which bundle. Topaz adds hemp rope and candles. Jade adds a session at Alpha In, a well-known SM hotel with a cross frame and a restraint chair (the room is extra).
- Crystal: 70 min ¥52,000, ¥30,000 of options.
- Emerald: 100 min ¥66,000, ¥35,000 of options.
- Hard S and Hard S Premium Diamond: start at ¥75,000 and ¥100,000 for 120 minutes, with ¥20,000 per 30-minute extension.
The real lesson is the first bullet. Five stones, one price. Look at the separate option sheet and those bundles usually beat buying the same items à la carte. But they're upgrades to a course, not a better entry ticket. The first-timer pack is still the floor, and none of the stones carry the new-customer price.
The option sheet itself starts at ¥1,000 for extra rope and climbs in tiers: ¥3,000 for cuffs, collars, blindfolds and the like, then ¥5,000, then ¥10,000. Way up the list, a handful of items hit six figures. I'm not printing those. If you need them, you'll find them.
The beginner course I couldn't book
Here's the joke on the page, and I mean that kindly. There's a course called Image S: "SM make-believe with your master". It's 60 minutes for ¥20,000, a softer, play-acting version. On paper it's exactly what a nervous beginner would want.
The note under it: members only, first-timers can't choose it. So the gentle course is a reward for coming back, not an on-ramp. First-timers get the full VIP S at the pack price instead. Honestly, that's the better deal. You get more menu for less money, and you can say "slow down" to a professional. Still, I laughed.
The three arrows
A big part of what got me to dial was the shop's 返金補償制度「3本の矢」, its three-part refund guarantee:
- Full course refund if the woman who shows up is clearly not the one in the profile photos, is rude, or isn't clean.
- Full option refund if a booked option can't be done because of how she's feeling that day.
- Hotel overtime covered, if the shop or the woman runs so late that your hourly love-hotel room goes into extension. Hourly rooms only.
I can't tell you how often any of these gets claimed. I can tell you a shop that prints "if she doesn't match the photo, you don't pay for the course" is betting money on its own roster. That counts for a lot when you're new to a genre and don't know the etiquette yet.
Transport, timing, and the review discount
Transport is a clean chart. Free to hotels around Kabukicho (a hotel toward Higashi-Shinjuku can be ¥1,000). ¥1,000 elsewhere in Shinjuku ward. ¥2,000 for Toshima, Nakano, Shibuya, Minato, Chiyoda and Bunkyo. ¥3,000 to ¥4,000 for the outer wards. One catch: if your start is before 6 p.m., or you'll finish after 4 a.m., they ask for round-trip taxi fare instead. Book the evening and a Kabukicho room and transport costs you nothing.
Review discount: post a review afterward and you get ¥10,000 off your next visit on a 100-minute or longer SM course, within 30 days. It also works for repeat nominations, which is generous. It doesn't stack with coupons, campaigns or the all-in pack. Your second visit costs list price minus ten grand.
There's also a Heaven event that, right now, makes the camera rental for the filming option free (normally ¥3,000 for the SD cam and card). The filming option itself still costs ¥25,000 and up. Mentioned for completeness. I passed.
The inbound price, stated plainly
Foreign visitors should know this before calling. The system page has a separate inbound course, printed in English, Chinese and Korean and marked as listed on YOASOBI HEAVEN for inbound tourists. The "Special S Course" runs 100 min ¥60,000, 120 min ¥77,000, up to 360 min ¥210,000. On top of that: a ¥10,000 admission fee, ¥5,000 nomination fee and ¥5,000 transportation fee.
So 100 minutes through the inbound door comes to about ¥80,000 all in. On the Japanese page, the first-timer pack is ¥28,000 and the list-price route is about ¥45,000. That's not a footnote; it's a different shop experience at a different price. Nothing on the page bans foreign customers. It just prices them separately. Know which menu you're being quoted.
How the call went
Short. I said "Heaven mita," asked for the new-customer pack, 100 minutes, VIP S, and gave them a Kabukicho hotel. They confirmed the price back to me. That's all you want from a reception desk at a shop like this: no upselling, no reading me the option sheet. I'm keeping what happened after the door opened to myself. It's an SM shop. Discretion is half of what you're paying for.
Bottom line
- Cheapest way in: the weekday 60-minute trial at ¥18,000 (Mon–Thu, all-in except transport).
- Best value on any day: the new-customer pack at 100 min / ¥28,000.
- The gemstones: five of them share one price. They're option bundles, not a better first visit.
- Gentle "make-believe" course: members only. Come back for it.
- Second visit: post a review and get ¥10,000 off a 100-minute course within 30 days.
- Foreign visitors: the inbound course is about ¥80,000 for 100 minutes all in. Compare before you book.
- Hours: 9:00–5:00 per the listing (banner: 10:00–5:00, delivery from 18:00). Phone: 03-6265-9491. Say "Heaven mita."
Prices are from the shop's Cityheaven system, coupon and event pages as of October 16, 2026. Campaigns rotate, so confirm on the phone.
