Elite na Hitozuma-tachi Shinjuku: Five Discounts, One Kabukicho Hotel Room, and the Dead Hour Between 5 and 6

A Saturday afternoon in a Kabukicho hotel with Shinjuku's 'elite' married-women delivery health. Which of the shop's five discounts actually wins, why the window from 5 to 6 p.m. gets no deal, and the free meet-up spots that work like hotel delivery.

ElonAny shop that calls itself "elite" is daring you to check the math. So I checked it. This Kabukicho married-women deriheru runs five discounts at once, and they don't stack. Pick the right one and you're paying mid-market money for a shop that prices itself like a luxury brand. Pick wrong, or call at the wrong hour, and you've paid for the word "elite." Here's how to read the fine print.

Saturday, 3:50 p.m., a hotel behind the batting cages

Kabukicho in daylight is a different animal. The neon is off, delivery trucks own the alleys, and the only noise is the crack of aluminum bats from the batting center. I had a hotel room a few blocks north, a free afternoon and a phone.

The shop was Elite na Hitozuma-tachi Shinjuku, which means "Elite Married Women, Shinjuku." It's a hitozuma (married-women) delivery health based in Kabukicho. It's open 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. ("28:00" in Japanese clock math) with no days off. The pitch is pure upscale: women "carefully selected for looks, manners and technique," "refined and intelligent," a "one-rank-higher" experience. Read the roster's ages and the word "hitozuma" covers women from their late twenties to their late thirties. Read the price list and you'll see what "elite" costs.

The rack rate

The official site and the Cityheaven listing post the same table:

Course Price Per minute
80 min ¥19,000 ¥238
100 min ¥23,000 ¥230
120 min ¥28,000 ¥233
150 min ¥38,000 ¥253
180 min ¥45,000 ¥250
240 min ¥56,000 ¥233
360 min ¥84,000 ¥233

There's no membership fee. Picking a woman from her photo costs ¥1,000, a repeat request costs ¥2,000, and a 30-minute extension costs ¥10,000. That extension is the worst rate on the page at ¥333 a minute, so book long rather than stretching short. Cityheaven also lists a 60-minute course at ¥16,000, which the official site's table leaves out. More on that below.

Transport is free to hotels around Kabukicho and Shin-Okubo. It's ¥1,000 elsewhere in Shinjuku, Shibuya, Toshima, Nakano and Minato wards, and it climbs to ¥4,000 out in Ota, Adachi, Katsushika and Edogawa.

Five discounts, no stacking

This is where the shop gets interesting. All five deals were posted as of today:

  1. First-timer discount. 80 and 100 minutes are ¥2,000 off, 120 and 150 minutes ¥3,000 off, and 180 minutes ¥4,000 off. Transport is free, but nomination costs extra. That makes 80 minutes ¥17,000, and ¥18,000 if you pick her.
  2. Daytime free coupon (10 a.m. to 5 p.m., first-timers only). 80 minutes for ¥17,000, and the photo nomination is free. Transport is extra, though in a Kabukicho hotel it was zero anyway. The coupon gives one longer example: 100 minutes for ¥21,000.
  3. Night discount (from 6 p.m.). You get 10 bonus minutes, so the advertised headline is 110 minutes for ¥22,000. 80 and 100 minutes are ¥1,000 off, and 120 minutes and up are ¥2,000 off. Photo nomination and transport are both free. This one is for same-day phone bookings only.
  4. Newcomer discount. It applies only to women who just joined: ¥2,000 off 80 or 100 minutes, ¥3,000 off 120 minutes and up, with transport included.
  5. Review discount. Post a review of a woman and the shop sends you a code worth ¥2,000 to ¥3,000 off your next visit.

None of them apply to a booking made through a woman's own reservation ("hime yoyaku"). Repeat requests are charged at full price on every deal.

The best value on the page is the night deal: 110 minutes for ¥22,000 is ¥200 a minute, nomination and transport included. For a first-timer who wants to choose from the photos in daylight, the daytime coupon wins. Nominate on the regular first-timer discount and you pay ¥18,000. The coupon gets you the same 80 minutes for ¥17,000.

And here's the trap. From 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., nothing is running except the first-timer and newcomer deals. The daytime coupon has ended and the night discount hasn't started. Call at 5:15 and the woman you want costs a thousand more than she did at 4:55.

Two smaller details. The banner on the shop's top page lists "150 min ¥28,000 → ¥3,000 off," while the event page and the price table say ¥38,000. It's a typo. Budget for ¥38,000. Also, the 60-minute coupon, ¥16,000 by phone with the nomination included, is attached to just one woman's coupon card and doesn't appear on the official site. If you want 60 minutes, ask for it by name on the phone.

The call and the visit

I called at 4:10 with the daytime coupon in hand and said the magic words the listing asks for: "Heaven mita" ("I saw it on Heaven"). The shop also tells you to mention the coupon name. The staffer ran through it fast: first time with us, 80 minutes, which woman, which hotel. A woman who was on the board as "available now" was at the door in a little under half an hour.

The "elite" branding is mostly about the vibe, and the vibe held up. Quiet knock, proper greeting, shoes lined up, a short chat about the weather before anything else. She was clearly a woman in her thirties, which is the point of a hitozuma shop. The standard menu is broad and posted on both sites, from deep kissing to finishing in the mouth, so I won't list it here. The paid extras are a toy for ¥2,000, an electric massager for ¥3,000 and costume play for ¥1,000 if you bring the costume.

Eighty minutes was the right length. Nothing felt rushed, and she was out the door on time without any clock-watching on my side.

Total: ¥17,000. That's the course with the photo nomination, at ¥0 transport.

No hotel? Use the meet-up spots

If you haven't booked a room, the shop lists free meet-up points: the north exit of Seibu-Shinjuku Station, the FamilyMart by the Kabukicho police box, the fronts of the Oslo and Shinjuku batting centers, the flower shop at Shin-Okubo Station, and around Okubo Station. You meet her there and walk to a love hotel together. The transport fee is ¥0 inside Shinjuku ward. Outside the ward you pay only the regular transport fee.

Verdict

"Elite" is the menu price. Nobody informed should pay it.

  • First visit, afternoon: the daytime free coupon, 80 minutes for ¥17,000 with photo nomination.
  • First visit, after 6 p.m.: the night deal, 110 minutes for ¥22,000.
  • Avoid calling between 5 and 6 p.m. unless you're fine paying ¥18,000 for the same 80 minutes.
  • Coming back for the same woman: the discounts don't help much, because the ¥2,000 repeat-request fee comes back. Write the review first and use the code.

Phone booking is in Japanese. Keep the course length, your hotel name and "Heaven mita" ready, and the call takes two minutes.

Prices, courses, discounts and hours are as listed on the shop's Cityheaven page and official site (elite-hitozuma.com) on 2026-10-10. The shop states it does not serve anyone under 18. Confirm current terms with the shop before booking.
