Hentai Club Mesuiki, Kamata: An M-Seikan Dispatch Where Every Option Costs ¥0 and Foreigners Are on the No List

Hentai Club Mesuiki is a Kamata M-seikan dispatch service, open 10:00 to 4:00, that bundles seventeen options at ¥0 into courses from ¥15,000 for 50 minutes and runs a standing 90-minute, ¥20,000 coupon. Its own house rules list 外国人の方 (foreign customers) among the people it turns away, so I read the menu, the late-night board and the transport map instead of booking.

Hentai Club Mesuiki, Kamata: An M-Seikan Dispatch Where Every Option Costs ¥0 and Foreigners Are on the No List
Elon
ElonStraight answer first. Hentai Club Mesuiki (変態倶楽部メスイキ) is a Kamata dispatch service built for men who want the woman in charge. Its own notes list 外国人の方 (foreign customers) on the same refusal line as drunks, scouts and gangsters, so I didn't book. What I did was read the most all-inclusive menu I've seen in a while on a Tuesday morning and work out where the real price is. If you're Japanese, or living here and fluent, this is your briefing. If not, it's a look at a corner of the business most English guides skip.

New York has a word for a menu with no surcharges: suspicious. Every diner that says "everything included" finds a way to charge you for the extra pickle. So when I opened 変態倶楽部メスイキ on a Tuesday morning, October 6, and saw a column of seventeen options and the same price next to every one of them, ¥0, I went looking for the catch.

Cityheaven files it as デリヘル(M性感/蒲田), a dispatch service in the M-seikan genre, out of Kamata in Tokyo's Ota ward. The official site is hentai-mesuiki.com, and its browser tab calls the place "大田区の変態倶楽部メスイキ," the Ota-ward Hentai Club Mesuiki. Hours are 10:00 to 4:00 the next morning, seven days a week, with no regular day off. The phone is a mobile number, 080-2379-7037. The official site lists 24 women.

What the name means, and what the shop says it isn't

I'll keep this clean, because the shop's own explanation is clinical enough. メスイキ (mesuiki) is slang for a man reaching a climax the way a woman does, in waves instead of one shot. The shop's top page says it delivers "a pleasure that surpasses even continuous ejaculation," and the rest of the pitch is a list of specialties: dry orgasm, male squirting, prostate massage.

Two sentences in the pitch matter more than the slang:

  • The women are the ones doing the work. The shop says it gathers "women who like to tease men." In Japanese fuzoku, M性感 means exactly that: the customer lies back and the woman leads. Nobody's dominating her.
  • "当店はSMクラブではなく、変態倶楽部です." "We're not an SM club. We're a hentai club." The shop is aiming at men who are curious, men with tastes they can't tell anyone about, and, in its words, men who "act like an S in daily life but are really an M." It's pitching a safe place to experiment, not a dungeon.

The official ENTER gate puts it in one line: a "fetish circle" for beginners to advanced players. That word "beginners" is doing a lot of work. It's the shop telling the nervous first-timer he's welcome.

The house rules: read them before the menu

My standing rule: read the bottom of the page first.

Both the Cityheaven listing and the official 料金システム page end with a 注意事項, a list of the people the shop turns away. Most of it is standard: under 18 (and 18-year-olds still in high school), heavy drinkers, the unhygienic, scouts, competitors, organized crime, rough customers, anyone already banned for pushing for intercourse, anyone who tries to swap phone numbers or email, anyone who's unkind to the women, drug users, and anyone recording or bugging the room.

Fifth on that list, between "unhygienic" and "scouts," is this:

・外国人の方 (foreign customers)

There's no English version and no "please consult us." It sits there in the same tone as the yakuza line. The page then says anyone on the list will be banned on discovery with no refund, and that serious cases like forced intercourse or stalking may be reported to the police or taken to court after talking it over with the woman involved.

What I find a little rich is the Cityheaven footer underneath it. It links to Heaven's inbound-tourist sites: "nuru massage," "tokyo escort," "tokyo outcall escort." The portal is selling to visitors. This shop isn't. The portal's English links don't speak for the shop. Read the shop's own rules.

The menu, where everything costs zero

Here's the price card, which matches on Cityheaven and the official site:

Course Price Per minute
50 min ¥15,000 ¥300
70 min ¥18,000 about ¥257
90 min ¥24,000 about ¥267
120 min ¥28,000 about ¥233
150 min ¥36,000 ¥240
200 min ¥48,000 ¥240
300 min ¥70,000 about ¥233
Extension, 30 min ¥10,000 about ¥333

Nomination is ¥1,000 for a photo pick and ¥2,000 for honshimei, meaning a woman you've already seen.

Look at that table twice and two things jump out.

The 90-minute course is the worst deal in the middle of the menu. It's more per minute than the 70. If you're paying list price, 70 minutes at ¥18,000 or 120 at ¥28,000 beats it. Going from 90 to 120 costs an extra ¥4,000 for thirty more minutes. That's about ¥133 a minute for the extra half hour, the cheapest time on the whole card.

Never extend. The extension runs ¥10,000 per 30 minutes, more per minute than even the 50-minute course. If you think you'll want more time, book the longer course up front.

Then there's the option list, and this is where the shop earns its reputation. Cityheaven says it in one line: 基本料金内ですべてのオプションがご利用いただけます, "every option is available inside the base price." The official site prints 0円 next to each of the seventeen. I won't reproduce the whole column, but it runs from mild to advanced: an eye mask, cuffs, feather touch and verbal teasing at one end; prostate massage, a strap-on, toys, face-sitting, a slap and some bodily-fluid play at the other. At most dispatch shops, half of that list is ¥2,000 to ¥5,000 apiece.

One small thing for the detail-obsessed: on Cityheaven, 言葉責め (verbal teasing) is listed as "無用", "unnecessary," instead of "無料," free. It's a one-character typo. The official site says 0円. I'm choosing to believe the official site, though "verbal teasing: unnecessary" is the funniest line on any menu I've read this year.

So where's the catch? I looked, and I can't find one on paper. The price on the card is the price for the play. What changes your bill is the time, the nomination and, as you'll see, the ride.

The coupon that beats the card

The official site's main banner, in screaming red, says "M男くん強化月間!! 総額90分20000円": "M-guy reinforcement month!! 90 minutes, ¥20,000 all-in." The word 総額 means all-in, which most banners don't bother to say.

Cityheaven runs the same number as a coupon: 90 minutes for ¥20,000, nomination included, valid since December 16, 2022 with no end date, and usable "何度でも," as many times as you like. The fine print:

  • You must say you saw the Heaven Net 90-minute ¥20,000 coupon when you call, or you pay the regular rate.
  • It doesn't stack with other discounts.
  • If she's your honshimei, the honshimei fee is added on top.
  • Transport is charged anywhere other than love hotels and rental rooms near Kamata, Kawasaki and Omori stations.

Do the math. List price is ¥24,000 plus ¥1,000 for a photo nomination, ¥25,000. The coupon is ¥20,000, a 20% cut, and about ¥222 a minute, cheaper than anything on the regular card. A "reinforcement month" that has run since 2022 isn't a sale. It's the real price of the 90. The ¥24,000 on the card is for people who didn't read the coupon page.

The ride is part of the price

Dispatch means the woman comes to you, and this shop prices the trip in rings:

Zone Transport fee
In front of Kamata, Omori or Kawasaki station ¥0
Rest of Ota ward, Kawasaki's Saiwai and Kawasaki wards ¥1,000
Shinagawa, Meguro, Setagaya, Kawasaki's Nakahara ward, Yokohama's Tsurumi ward ¥2,000
Minato, Chiyoda, Chuo, Koto, Shibuya, Kawasaki's Miyamae ward ¥3,000
Anywhere else ¥4,000

Notice that the free zone crosses the Tama River. Kawasaki station, in Kanagawa prefecture, gets the same ¥0 treatment as Kamata itself. This is a South Tokyo–North Kawasaki operation, and it doesn't care about the prefectural line.

Notice too that a hotel in Roppongi or Shibuya costs you ¥3,000 extra, and the coupon's free-transport carve-out only covers the three home stations. The cheapest version of this shop is a love hotel by Kamata station, and the shop has drawn its map to tell you so.

The Tuesday board

The official 本日の出勤 list on Tuesday morning had eleven women on the day. The first two started at 13:00, and the last four, 佐々木もえ (Moe Sasaki), 長谷川るい (Rui Hasegawa), 工藤梨々花 (Ririka Kudo) and 川上琴美 (Kotomi Kawakami), were scheduled through to 4:00. One more, 九条さやか (Sayaka Kujo), ran until 2:00. That's a late-night shop. A third of the day's board is still working after the last train.

The Cityheaven week-ahead schedule lists 25 names, aged 21 to 33, with most of them in their mid-to-late twenties. The shop's own pitch says "お姉様," older-sister types, and the board backs that up.

A few more things the official site tells you:

  • Popularity ranking: No. 1 is 工藤梨々花 (Ririka Kudo), then 君島奈々 (Nana Kimijima), 相原みお (Mio Aihara), 井上しずか (Shizuka Inoue), 広瀬理恵 (Rie Hirose) and 守屋かおる (Kaoru Moriya). The No. 1 is one of the women working until 4:00. If you want her, you're booking late.
  • Newcomers: 長野ゆうな (Yuna Nagano) and 新藤ななお (Nanao Shindo) are flagged as new faces. Yuna was on Tuesday's board from 17:00 to 3:00.
  • Reviews: the official site shows exactly two, averaging 87 points. Ririka scored 90, Mio 85. Two reviews isn't data. It's anecdote.
  • News feed: the latest お知らせ post is dated September 28, 2025, more than a year old. The schedule is live. The blog isn't. Trust the board, not the news.

If you're reading this in English

  1. The rule is written down. Respect it. "外国人の方" is on the official refusal list, and the shop says the penalty is a ban with no refund. Don't test it on the phone.
  2. The portal's English links are not the shop's policy. Cityheaven sells "tokyo escort" to tourists in its footer. This shop's own rules say no. When the two disagree, the shop's page wins.
  3. If this genre is what you're after, look for shops that say yes. M-seikan shops exist all over Tokyo, and some publish English pages and welcome foreign customers. Confirm before you book, ask for the all-in total, and ask which options are included, because "everything at ¥0" is unusual.
  4. Take the pricing lessons with you. Check for a standing coupon before you pay list price, book the time you want up front instead of extending, and check the transport ring before you pick a hotel.

The verdict

On paper, Hentai Club Mesuiki is the most honest-looking menu in Kamata: seventeen options at ¥0, courses from ¥15,000 for 50 minutes to ¥70,000 for 300, and a standing 90-minute, ¥20,000 all-in coupon that has quietly been the real price since 2022. Open 10:00 to 4:00 with no day off, a board that runs heavy after midnight, and a free-transport zone that covers Kamata, Omori and Kawasaki on both sides of the river. The weak spots are small: a 90-minute list price that's the worst value on the card, a ¥10,000 extension, and a news feed nobody has touched in a year.

The real catch isn't on the menu. It's on line five of the house rules. I'd rather learn that on a Tuesday morning with a bagel than in a love-hotel lobby off Kamata's east exit. Read the rule, keep the math, and take your curiosity somewhere that's put out the welcome mat.

Elon
ElonHentai Club Mesuiki at a glance: an M-seikan dispatch out of Kamata, open 10:00–4:00, no day off, phone 080-2379-7037. Courses run ¥15,000 (50 min) to ¥70,000 (300 min), and all seventeen listed options are included at ¥0. Skip the ¥24,000 list price for 90 minutes: the standing Heaven coupon makes it ¥20,000 with nomination if you mention it when you call. Transport is free near Kamata, Omori and Kawasaki stations and up to ¥4,000 elsewhere. The shop's own rules list foreign customers among those it refuses, so visitors should choose a shop that says yes.
