Hitoduma Terminal Okachimachi — A Half-Price Menu, a ¥10,000 Extension, and the Math You Do Before You Dial

A 24-hour Okachimachi hitozuma delivery shop whose menu is four price tables, three new-customer coupons at exactly half off, and one extension fee that punishes anyone who didn't plan ahead. Here is the arithmetic, line by line.

Hitoduma Terminal Okachimachi — A Half-Price Menu, a ¥10,000 Extension, and the Math You Do Before You Dial
Elon
ElonSome shops sell you a woman. Some sell you a mood. 人妻ターミナル sells you a spreadsheet: four price tables, three coupons, a travel-fee ladder, and an extension charge that costs more per minute than anything else on the page. I read the whole thing on a Sunday morning with a coffee and a calculator. If you only remember one line from this piece, make it this one: decide how long you want before you pick up the phone. At this shop, changing your mind is the most expensive thing you can do.

人妻ターミナル~山手線禁断の出会い~ 上野店 — "Hitoduma Terminal: Forbidden Encounters on the Yamanote Line," Ueno branch. That's the name at the top of the Cityheaven page. The URL says okachimachi. The category line says デリヘル(人妻/御徒町・湯島). The dispatch address says 東京都御徒町(台東区), which is a station and a ward, not a street. So: Ueno in the name, Okachimachi in the address, one stop apart on the Yamanote, and nobody's going to quiz you on which is which.

The basics, straight off the page. Phone 03-6807-4540. Open 24 hours, no closing day. A banner on the left reads Grand Open / 新規グランドオープン, and the pitch is short: a 濃密 人妻デリヘル for the Okachimachi area, "落ち着いた大人の女性" — calm, grown-up women — with "the allure and warmth only married and mature women have." It says it's for men who want to take their time.

One more thing I noticed. That same phone number shows up on other Cityheaven listings under the Hitoduma Terminal name, for Ebisu, Shin-Okubo, Koiwa, Ginza and Otsuka. One switchboard, many station names. That's normal for dispatch shops. Just know that "Okachimachi branch" means a phone number with a neighborhood attached, not a building you can walk past.

I'm not going to tell you a story about a doorbell tonight. What this listing gives you in detail is the menu, so that's what I'm reviewing.

Four tables, one rule

The 料金システム tab has four courses. Here they are, untouched:

Course 60 min 80 min 100 min 120 min 180 min

The rule that ties them together is in the fine print. The dispatch course runs around the clock, and after 22:00 it's the only course you can book. The meet-up course, where you meet her near the closest station "to get that date feeling," ends at ten.

So the clock matters. Before 22:00 you have four tables to choose from. After 22:00 you have one, and it's the most expensive.

The half-price thing

Look at the discount dispatch row again: ¥9,000, ¥11,000, ¥18,000. Those are exactly half of ¥18,000, ¥22,000 and ¥36,000. The coupon tab confirms it. There are three new-customer coupons, each marked 50% OFF:

  • 60 min ¥9,000 (regular ¥18,000)
  • 80 min ¥11,000 (regular ¥22,000)
  • 180 min ¥18,000 (regular ¥36,000). This one is ネット予約限定, web booking only. The card is labeled ご新規様80分, but the course and the price both say 180, so read the numbers, not the label.

All three say they're valid from 2026/06/08 with no end date, travel fee extra. To claim one, you tell them "ヘブン見た" ("I saw it on Heaven") when you book.

Here's the math that jumped out at me. The half-price 180-minute course costs ¥18,000. That's the same as the full-price 60-minute course. For the same money, a first-timer can get three hours or one. I can't think of a reason to pick the one, unless three hours with a stranger sounds like a hostage situation to you. That's a fair worry, and nobody is grading you.

And if you're booking before ten, the discount meet-up 180 is ¥17,000, a thousand yen less than the discount dispatch 180. You pay for that thousand by walking to a station.

The expensive part: changing your mind

Now the line I'd tape to my bathroom mirror:

延長 30分 10,000円 / 60分 20,000円

Run it per minute. A regular 60-minute dispatch works out to ¥300 a minute. The 180 is ¥200 a minute. Going from 80 to 100 minutes when you book costs ¥4,000 for twenty more minutes. A 30-minute extension in the room costs ¥10,000. That's about ¥333 a minute, the highest rate anywhere on the page.

In plain New York: the extra time is cheap at the counter and expensive at the table. If there's any chance you'll want more time, buy it when you book. Don't buy it with her watch already on the nightstand.

The other fees are all printed too:

  • Nomination ¥1,000. Repeat nomination (本指名) ¥2,000. If you nominate someone, you pay the base course + nomination fee + travel.
  • Change (チェンジ) ¥5,000.
  • Cancellation costs 50% of the total. That isn't a token fee. It's half the evening.
  • Travel: free around Ueno. ¥1,000 for Taito, Arakawa, Sumida and Bunkyo. From ¥2,000 elsewhere in the 23 wards, "ask for details."

If your hotel is near Ueno, the free travel fee is the best line on the page. Ueno and Okachimachi have business hotels everywhere. Check with the hotel that visitors are allowed before you book, because the shop's menu can't fix that for you.

Who's on the board

The 女の子一覧 tab lists 25 women, and the filter says 24 of them are on shift or waiting today. That's a full board for a new shop. In the profiles I could read, ages run 32 to 42, with an average of about 36. That's real hitozuma territory, not twenty-somethings dressed up as housewives.

The cups are mostly D and E (18 of 23), with four Cs and one G. The waist line says 60 for more than half of them, which looks like house style more than a tape measure. One profile lists the same number for waist and hips. Treat the measurements as decoration and judge by the photos and diaries. Fourteen of the women keep a 写メ日記 (photo diary), which tells you more than any three numbers will.

When I checked mid-morning, six women were marked available from 10:00 or 12:00. The 店長オススメ (manager's picks) row starts with Seiko, Naoko and Miyuki. Nobody on the roster had a single review yet. The shop is new, so you'd be the first, and you'd be reviewing without a safety net.

What I'd actually do

  • Book before 22:00 if you can. That gives you four tables instead of one.
  • Use the 180-minute half-price coupon if it's your first time. Book it on the web, since it's web-only, and say "ヘブン見た."
  • Never extend. Book the length you want at the start.
  • Stay near Ueno to get free travel.
  • Don't cancel. It costs half.
  • I didn't see anything on these pages that turns away foreign guests. The phone is answered in Japanese, though, so the ネット予約 (web booking) button is your friend.
  • Prices, coupons and the roster change. Check the system and coupon tabs again on the day.

The shop calls itself a terminal, and the name fits. A terminal is a place where you check the board, read the fares and pick your route before you board. Do your reading at the station. Once you're on the train, every minute is billed at the extension rate.
