Iyashitakute Kinshicho: A Hands-Off Aroma Seikan Session Near Kinshicho South Exit, Starting With a One-Minute Questionnaire

Iyashitakute Kinshicho-ten is a hotel-delivery aroma seikan (sensual massage) shop at Kinshicho, open 9:00 to 5:00 the next morning, from ¥14,300 for 60 minutes in lingerie. I went in the afternoon as a first-timer, filled out its body-chart questionnaire, and learned to keep my hands to myself.

Elon
ElonRead this before you dial: Iyashitakute (癒したくて) is not a delivery health shop with massage on the side. It's a massage shop with sensual extras, and the house rules say it plainly: no kissing, no oral, no sumata, and you don't touch the therapist. You lie there and receive. If that sounds like a downgrade, skip it. If you've ever wanted somebody else to run the whole show for once, the Kinshicho branch is a well-oiled machine, and I mean that literally.

In New York, the first question at any massage place is "Deep tissue or Swedish?" and the second is how big a tip you're planning. At Iyashitakute Kinshicho-ten ~Nihonjin Aroma Seikan~, the first thing they hand you is a clipboard.

I'll get to the clipboard. First, the facts.

What the Place Actually Is

The official site, iyashitakute.com/kinshicho, bills it as a "風俗エステ アロマ性感回春": a fuzoku esthe offering aroma massage, seikan (sensual play) and kaishun (the "rejuvenation" style built around the groin and prostate). The house rules say the shop employs Japanese women who give aroma massage plus seikan service. The group behind it also runs branches in Chiba and Nishi-Funabashi, and the live schedule on the Kinshicho site lists therapists from all three.

There's no storefront. It's a dispatch shop: the therapist comes to your love hotel or your home. Hours are 9:00 to 5:00 the next morning, and the phone is 03-6659-2826.

The pricing is cleaner than most. The official price page lists hotel-limited Kinshicho rates:

Course Lingerie VIP (all-nude)
60 min ¥14,300 ¥17,600
80 min ¥18,700 ¥22,000
100 min ¥23,100 ¥26,400
120 min ¥27,500 ¥30,800

Longer 150- and 180-minute courses exist too. On top of that come a ¥1,100 membership fee for new customers, ¥2,200 to nominate a specific therapist, ¥1,100 for topless, and ¥9,000 per 30-minute extension. The shop's own policy page says the sensual add-ons that other shops charge for (prostate massage, the Aneros, the pantyhose tip play, face-sitting, a shared bath) are free here, and that the bill is course fee plus hotel, period.

The difference between the two columns: in Lingerie she keeps her underwear on start to finish, even while washing you in the shower. In VIP she's nude from the first shower to the end, and some therapists will share the bath (check her profile).

Booking Like a First-Timer

New customers can book same-day only, starting at 9:00. Members can book from 9:00 two days ahead, and members also get web booking from the next day up to seven days out. Advance bookings ask you to call and confirm one hour before. I called a little after lunch on a weekday.

The man on the phone was calm and fast. He asked which hotel, and when I said I hadn't picked one yet, he pointed me to the list on the site. The branch publishes twenty love hotels around Kinshicho Station's South Exit, almost all in Kotobashi 4-chome, with rest rates starting around ¥2,500 to ¥3,000 and up. Inside that South Exit love-hotel zone, transport is free. Go farther and it costs extra: from ¥2,000 for Sumida ward and the Kameido side, ¥3,000 for Koto ward, and up from there.

One thing the hotel page states flatly: no rental rooms. They're too cramped and have no bathtub, and the shop won't send anyone. If you're cheap like me, that's ¥3,000 of real estate you'll pay for anyway. It's worth it for the bath.

Card payment works too. Mention it when you book and they text you a payment link by SMS. I paid cash, the way my old man would have.

The Clipboard

She knocked about twenty minutes after I checked in. Soft-spoken, neat, a little shy at the door, the kind of person you'd stand behind in line at a bakery and never guess. That's the plan, apparently. The policy page says the group screens applicants hard and wants women who look like they've never been near this business. Its own line: it's for the guy who'd pick "the convenience-store girl with the great smile" over the club's number-one hostess.

Before anything happened, she sat on the edge of the bed and handed me the questionnaire. It's the shop's standard opening move and takes about a minute:

  1. A body diagram. Circle where you're stiff. I circled my shoulders, my lower back and my right forearm, which is what fifteen years of a mouse does to you.
  2. Pick the weighting. There's the healing course for people who mostly want real massage, the standard for an even split, and the long seikan for people who came for the other thing.
  3. Check every sensual play you're curious about. It's a long list. She told me to tick anything I was even curious about, because ticking it doesn't mean we'd do it all.
  4. Pick a finish count. One intense finish, try for two, or go until you're done. I'm not going to tell you what I picked.

I went standard, 80 minutes, lingerie. The site recommends 80 or more if you want to take your time, and after 60 minutes on a different night somewhere else I believed it.

I've filled out forms at a dentist in Queens with less care. And it works. She looked at the body diagram, said "migi ude," right arm, and then actually went after my right arm.

The Rule You Need to Hear

Iyashitakute's terms are short and blunt, so here's the core. The service is fully passive for the customer. Don't touch her body. Don't ask for anything outside the set menu. Don't record. If she says stop and you don't, the session ends, there's no refund, and in serious cases they call the police. Also: no changing therapists or canceling once she's at the door.

As a New Yorker, I can tell you this is harder than it sounds. Your hands want to do something. Put them under the pillow and leave them there. Once I stopped fighting it, the whole thing changed. There's real freedom in not being in charge of anything.

The Session

The massage part was actual massage. The shop says many of its therapists have worked at regular, non-fuzoku esthe salons, and I believe it. Long, even strokes with warm oil, good pressure on the lower back, and five honest minutes on the forearm I'd circled. Plenty of fuzoku esthe shops treat the massage as a warm-up act. Here it was a set of its own.

Then the shift. Without going into a play-by-play, the seikan half was slow and deliberate, and she kept checking the clipboard choices against my reactions like a cook tasting the sauce. The shop says nearly every therapist is good at prostate massage, and that's the house specialty. She asked twice before going anywhere new. That's the kind of consent check that makes a passive role feel safe instead of helpless.

The 80 minutes ran right to the end without a single glance at the clock that I noticed. She washed me off in the shower still in her lingerie, exactly as the price page promised, bowed at the door, and was gone.

Was It Worth It?

Here's my math. 80 minutes in lingerie: ¥18,700. Membership: ¥1,100. Hotel: around ¥3,000. That's just under ¥23,000 all in, with no extra charges for the sensual add-ons, which is where a lot of esthe shops quietly double your bill.

Good fit if: you want a real massage and a sensual finish in the same booking, you like being taken care of, and you're happy to keep your hands still. The 9:00 start makes it a good daytime option, and with the shop open until 5:00 a.m. it covers you after a late night in the Kinshicho bars too.

Bad fit if: you want kissing, oral, or anything delivery-health style. The terms rule all of that out, and you'll just be the guy who ruined someone's afternoon.

Practical notes: - New customers: same-day booking only, from 9:00. - Stick to a love hotel in the South Exit zone for free transport. Rental rooms are refused. - Choose 80 minutes or more if you can. The questionnaire gives you a lot of options, and 60 minutes goes fast. - First-timer test: lingerie, standard course. Upgrade to VIP next time if you liked her. - Prices, rules and the roster can change. Check the official price page before you call.

I walked back toward the station past the Kinshicho South Exit pachinko lights at about four in the afternoon. My right forearm felt brand new. Whatever I'd circled on that clipboard, she'd actually read it, and that's rarer than it should be in any business in any city.
